Sarah Longmire is the CEO and Principal of Envisage Services. Prior to forming Envisage Services, Sarah grew a successful for-profit start-up, providing disability support services. That business employed over 30 staff and supported over 90 ongoing clients.
Sarah has over 20 years of experience in business and the Community Service sector mainly in hands-on service delivery and managing support services for people with disability. More recently she has applied her skills through various enterprises in the disability, aged care and online retail sectors.
Sarah’s clear thinking, analytical ability and positive approach enables her to envisage opportunities and drive success for her clients.
A portfolio entrepreneur, one of Sarah’s enterprises is an online retail business, selling children’s specialist clothing. Petticoat Princess operates exclusively in cyberspace, and all of its product development, customer communications, retail and wholesale sales and product delivery functions operate in a digital environment.
As an early adopter of online commercialisation, Sarah is skilled at exploiting the digital world to capture online marketplace and to develop customised business strategies that adapt to an ever-changing world.
Sarah has formal qualifications in business and health services. Combined with her extensive experience in for-profit, commercial, not-for-profit and government service provision, Sarah brings to any engagement a broad range of skills, capturing the best of all service delivery models from a diverse range of industry sectors. Sarah has particular skills and experience in:
- NDIS and My Aged Care service administration. This expertise includes tailored client-focused stakeholder management, marketing, social media management, assisting with billing and accounts, record keeping, rostering, planning, support coordination, report writing, ensuring compliance and so much more;
- Utilising different technology channels, platforms and modes, planning and implementing strategic business communications to target specific audiences and stakeholders;
- Developing and implementing strategies for business growth and service expansion;
- Leading information, education and coaching awareness projects and programs that target different (and diverse) audiences, including socially disadvantaged people, the general public and adult students;
- Supporting teams to improve organisational productivity and efficiency including evaluating business performance; and
- Development, implementation and evaluation of continual quality improvement systems within not-for-profit organisations, including Human Services Quality Framework accreditation-readiness.
