Envisage Services is led by Sarah Longmire, an experienced business owner, service leader and facilitator with a strong background in disability, aged care and community services. Sarah brings together commercial expertise and hands-on experience to deliver practical solutions for businesses and individuals.
Sarah is the founder of two successful start-up service businesses. The first was a growing disability support service that expanded to employ more than 30 staff and provide ongoing support to over 90 clients. The second service focused on delivering personalised support across the disability, aged care and DVA sectors, with a strong emphasis on helping individuals maintain independence, confidence and quality of life.
With more than 25 years of experience across business and community services, Sarah has worked extensively in frontline service delivery, operations, leadership and strategic growth. Her experience spans for-profit, not-for-profit and government-funded environments, giving her a unique ability to understand both service delivery and sustainable business success.
Sarah also has formal qualifications in business and health services, including a strong foundation in health, lifestyle and wellbeing support. This enables Envisage to offer a highly practical and person-centred approach—whether supporting organisations to grow or working directly with individuals to achieve their goals.
At the heart of Envisage is a commitment to individual support. Sarah works directly with people requiring disability, aged care, psychosocial and independence-focused support, helping them build routine, confidence, life skills, community connection and improved wellbeing. Supports are tailored to the individual and focused on real, sustainable progress.
